Esther Meszaros
SNR/ARNI trainer
I have been part of the SNR team since the summer of 2022. This program requires a completely different mindset from both the person involved and the trainer. The program is tailored to the individual, so it is very important to get to know the psycho-social circumstances of the person involved.
My 7 years of experience in home care is a great help in this. I currently work as a home visiting physiotherapist, which requires a great deal of adaptability, which also helps me in my work as a trainer. Before my knowledge of SNR, I got stuck in stroke rehabilitation after a while, but thanks to the team and joint learning, there is no stopping now, I only move forward with the people involved.
I started my studies in Eger and graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences of Semmelweis University in 2014.
My further training:
2013.10.13. Proprioceptive Physiotape Basic Techniques
2015.03.07. Medical Assistive Devices in Movement Rehabilitation
2020.11.26. Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Lumbar Spine Course “A”
2021.04.25. Rheumatological diseases and their treatment options
2022.01.23. Data management in healthcare
2022.03.08. Fascia Distortion Model – Triggerbands and Cylinder Distortion
2022.06.05. ARNI/FRETS Basic Course: Functional Rehabilitation and Practical
Training After Stroke
I also have experience in the fields of traumatology, neurology, orthopedics, and rheumatology. In English
