For me, being an SNR®/ARNI trainer means that I get an excellent professional background, I am confident in myself and I can be part of an excellent team.

I have been in healthcare for 28 years. I work in massage and exercise therapy, and I am an aerobics coach. I work in Gyula and appointments are also available in Budapest.

Throughout my life, I have encountered many sports injuries and rheumatological problems, in which we avoided lumbar or hip surgeries with a lot of movement, gymnastics and massage. With 28 years of experience behind me, I know that the human body must be treated holistically, which for me is body-soul-spirit all in one. 

The connectional energy healing I learned from Dr. Eric Pearl in 2011 added a lot to my knowledge. I was able to achieve amazing results in terms of movement and pain reduction.

2014. My life changed on November 28th. I had a stroke, which, thanks to great perseverance, struggle, and diligence, led me in a very good direction.

Ez a szakszerű, funkcionális gyakorlat sor, aminek a magas ismétlésszám az alapja, hihetetlen eszköz a kezünkben. Az ergo terápiás eszközökkel saját edzőm lehetek. Végtelenül boldog vagyok, hogy elvégeztem az Instruktori képzést. Így már én is eredményesen fejlődőm a stabilitásban, erőben és járástechnikában.
