For me, being an SNR®/ARNI trainer means that I get an excellent professional background, I am confident in myself and I can be part of an excellent team.

I have been in healthcare for 28 years. I work in massage and exercise therapy, and I am an aerobics coach. I work in Gyula and appointments are also available in Budapest.

Throughout my life, I have encountered many sports injuries and rheumatological problems, in which we avoided lumbar or hip surgeries with a lot of movement, gymnastics and massage. With 28 years of experience behind me, I know that the human body must be treated holistically, which for me is body-soul-spirit all in one. 

The connectional energy healing I learned from Dr. Eric Pearl in 2011 added a lot to my knowledge. I was able to achieve amazing results in terms of movement and pain reduction.

My life changed on November 28th. I had a stroke, which, thanks to great perseverance, struggle, and diligence, led me in a very good direction.  In November 2017, I came across SNR®/ARNI. That day I knew that I could help myself and others a lot with it. This professional, functional exercise series, based on high repetitions, is an incredible tool in our hands. With the ergo therapy tools, I can be my own trainer. I am extremely happy that I completed the Instructor training. This way, I am already successfully developing my stability, strength and gait technique. I will guide you on the path that is open to everyone. I look forward to your questions.
