It will be streamed live via Zoom. There will be no replay.

A qualified SNR/ARNI Physiotherapist/Trainer will conduct the training, for a maximum of 25 people at a time, so he/she can monitor your progress with the exercises and help you if necessary.

Gabi Pásztor, ARNI's leading physiotherapist, will also participate in the training as a professional guide. At the end of the training, you can ask Gabi for personalized advice regarding your own condition.

“Rules for the “live” online physiotherapy”

· You can only participate with the camera turned on! This is the only way the trainer can monitor the correct execution of the exercises. If the camera is turned off, the participant will be removed from the platform.

· It is forbidden to take pictures, videos, or audio recordings of the training or any part of it! Violating this in any way may result in legal consequences, and the participant will be excluded from the online physiotherapy session.

· The live online physiotherapy session cannot be viewed again! Each week, a qualified SNR/ARNI trainer prepares specific exercises and answers any questions that arise during the session in a personalized manner. Thank you for your cooperation and compliance with the rules of the policy!

The workout is 60 minutes long, so it lasts from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Price: 5,000 HUF, which can be paid by bank transfer.
