A qualified SNR/ARNI Physiotherapist/Trainer will conduct the training, for a maximum of 25 people at a time, so he/she can monitor your progress with the exercises and help you if necessary.

Gabi Pásztor, ARNI's leading physiotherapist, will also participate in the training as a professional guide. At the end of the training, you can ask Gabi for personalized advice regarding your own condition.

You can only participate with the camera turned on. This is the only way for the trainer to monitor the correct execution of the exercises. If the camera is turned off, the participant will be removed from the group. The participation fee will not be refunded in this case.

What is important to us is to help you get your old life back as soon as possible!
